GRADUATION INFORMATION

Parents and Students, Just a quick graduation update as we get closer to May 20th. I’ll continue to share information so we’re all on the same page. Ticket request forms were due last week. We’ve started selling additional tickets based on those requests. Tickets are being sold in the bookstore from May 1–May 12. Tickets will only be sold to seniors with a valid ID and all outstanding debts must be paid before additional tickets can be purchased. Tickets will be distributed at graduation practice on May 15. Graduation will take place at Desert Diamond Arena at 12:30 PM, with doors opening at 11:45 AM. Please plan ahead—this will be a very busy day in the Westgate area with multiple graduations happening nearby. Allow extra time for traffic and arrival. Parking is cashless. Graduates who drive themselves and arrive alone will not be charged for parking. All other vehicles will be charged $15. Please also review Desert Diamond Arena’s policies—clear bags are required, and no glass or helium balloons are allowed. (more information to come) ADA seating is limited. Apollo Seniors—required dress professionally. Only school-issued cords and sashes may be worn during the ceremony. Items like leis or flowers can be added after the ceremony but should not be brought to the arena. Important dates:
