When Apollo students struggle in their classes, they should know that Apollo teachers and instructional assistants are available to help every day.

All Apollo teachers offer time before school and after school to complete late/missing work, or for extra assistance.  Please encourage your students to reach out to individual teachers for their availability.

Wednesday mornings at 8:20 a.m., all teachers are in their rooms to help.  Students should schedule their time accordingly, attending the classrooms for the course work they are struggling with every Wednesday.

Apollo’s SOAR Center, open in the media center, is another great resource for students.  Open before school at 7:00 a.m. and after school until 4:00 p.m., students can receive help from instructional aides and tutors.  There are snacks available, and the late bus runs at 4:00 p.m.

Remind students to check their grades regularly in StudentVue, and keep up with their attendance and grades in ParentVue.
