Modified Walk-Through Registration


The staff of Apollo High School will be holding a modified walk-through registration, which will include many safety measures. Faculty and staff will be wearing gloves and masks and numerous locations throughout the campus will be used to ensure social distancing requirements are met during this process. Please make sure you are also following the mandated mask requirement.


Upperclassmen Monday, July 27th

All upperclassmen will remain in their cars and will follow the signs located by the gymnasium. Students will pick up essential items needed for the start of school, particularly a Chromebook even if they have a personal computer. The schedule is as follows:

Seniors         8:00 a.m.- 10:00 a.m.

Juniors         10:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

Sophomores 12:00 p.m.- 2:00 p.m.


Freshmen Tuesday, July 28 through Thursday, July 30

Freshmen will be picking up a Chromebook, taking their I.D. picture, and taking placement tests that will provide necessary data for placing students into the appropriate high school courses. All freshmen will start this process in the gymnasium. The schedule is as follows alphabetically by last name:


Tuesday, July 28:

            A-C:    8:00 a.m.

            D-G:    11:00 a.m.

Wednesday, July 29

            H-L:     8:00 a.m.

            M-P:    11:00 a.m.

Thursday, July 30

            Q-S:    8:00 a.m.

            T-Z:     11:00 a.m.


  • Please arrive during your scheduled time and plan on your child taking approximately 90 minutes to complete. Parents that wish to stay on


campus while their child is going through the process, we ask that you remain in your car to maintain social distancing, otherwise your child can call you when they are finished.


If you are unable to attend our modified registration, please call 623-435-6300 to make an appointment to pick up the essentials needed to start school.


First day of remote school is Monday, August 10.
