Ms. Carpenter and the entire Apollo community is proud the all the medalists and the other students who competed: Brianna Kjesbo, Elisabeth Verdugo, Mariah Funtes, Jose Casteneda, and Allison Botz.

In addition, Jacky Castaneda, a sophomore here at Apollo, and VP of the FCCLA Hospitality chapter, is now the new FCCLA Arizona State officer. She has worked so hard for this by showcasing her leadership, communication and pride in the organization. We are extremely proud of her.
