Sally Harrison's has been teaching at Apollo since 2008. Prior to coming to Apollo, she taught at Madison Park Elementary for 7 years and at Osborn Middle School for 3 years.
Ms. Harrison has a bachelor's degree in Special Education from Arizona State University. She has taught both in a resource setting and inclusionary classrooms. She has been very active in her schools in the past and is working on becoming an integral part of the Apollo community.
She is a member of the National Association of Special Education Teachers and the Arizona Education Association. In 2008, she was named a Rodel Exemplary Teacher Semi-finalist.
She has two children, Kenna (who attends Apollo) and Tyler (a future Hawk). |
