Rudy Aguilar has been teaching at Apollo since 1995. He is the adviser for Skills USA.
Aguilar has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from University of Arizona, and a master's in vocational education from Northern Arizona University. Aguilar is the Communications Officer for the Glendale Union Education Association and an active member of the Arizona Education Association. He is also a member of the AZ Career & Technical Education Association.
Mr. Aguilar coaches Badminton and Tennis. In 2007, he was selected Region 2 Badminton Coach of the Year. And in 2009, he was selected Region 2 Boys Tennis Coach of the Year.
