This is Jessica Dean’s first year at Apollo High School. Ms. Dean is also new to Arizona, having moved from Novi, Michigan in July 2009.

She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Michigan State University, where she also earned her teaching certificate. Ms. Dean teaches journalism, English 3-4 and Reading Standards Prep. She also advises the school newspaper, The Utopian.
