Clydene Balke has been teaching in the Glendale Union HS District since 1993 and at Apollo since 2005. She is the choir and piano teacher as well as the department chair for the Fine and Performing Arts Department.
Balke has a bachelor's degree in English Education from IUPUI in addition to being certified in music and French. She also holds a Master's Degree in Education specializing in reading from Chapman University. Balke is an active member of Arizona Education Association, Arizona Music Educators Association.
