Mrs. Leanne McLean, M.Ed.

 

Leanne McLean is an eighth year math teacher at Apollo High School. She currently teaches College Algebra and is dual enrollment certified. 

Mrs. McLean was born in Tacoma, Washington but grew up in Phoenix. She graduated from Greenway High School where she ran cross country and track. Later, she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Arizona State University in Secondary Education Mathematics and a minor in Spanish. More recently, she earned a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction for Mathematics (K-12) from Concordia University.

Mrs. McLean's biggest adventure is about to begin as she and her husband are expecting their first child in the fall. She will be out on maternity leave during the fall semester of the 2016-2017 school year.
