Counseling service is designed to help Apollo students gain the maximum from their high school experience. Our mission is to assist every student to recognize his or her potential and engage in every opportunity to progress toward academic and personal success.  We work with the individual and with families toward this objective.  Our proiority is in guiding students to discover their own passion for learning, work and life.

Upon enrolling, each student is assigned a counselor. Our counselors are Roxanne Benson, Krystal Claudio, Toni Cook and Kari Treiber. Counselors can help students with course selection, general school plans, and exploration of post-high school possibilities. 

The Counseling Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. and is located in the administration building. Students may see counselors befoer and after school, and if that doesn't work, they may make an appointment. Students must have a current school ID. When an appointment is scheduled, students will receive a pass to come from one of their classes to see their counselor.   

In addition to the four counselors, Apollo also has a social worker on campus to offer additional support and provide referral information and assistance.
